Refund & Return Policy

At Digital Puja, we value your trust and satisfaction. Every product is carefully packed and inspected before shipment. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Refunds

Returns:
We have a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy – To receive a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date we receive your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

If the consumer initiates the return, they are responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the courier service you choose.

If the delivered goods are damaged or defective for reasons attributable to us, the consumer is not required to pay shipping costs.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. We usually process packages within 1–3 days, except under extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters or other cases of force majeure).

If the consumer initiates cancellation before the shipping date, and it occurs within the cancellation period stated on the website, the order may be canceled.

6-Month Replacement Policy

You have 6 months after receiving your order to request a replacement.

Important Notes:

No returns are accepted for reasons related to size, quality, or personal preferences. Product sizes and details are clearly mentioned in each product description.
Replacements are processed only after inspection.
An unboxing video is required to initiate a return or replacement request.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

Wrong item received (verified through unboxing video)
Defective or damaged item received (verified through unboxing video)

Non-Eligible Cases

Items damaged, altered, or washed by the customer.
Items not returned in original packaging (including box, inserts, or tags).
Items not in their original condition.

To qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with all original inserts and packaging.

How to Start a Return or Replacement

Visit our Return/Exchange Request section.
Enter your Order Number and Email or Phone Number.
Upload photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item and provide details.
After review, we will initiate a courier pickup (where possible).
After inspection, you will receive a replacement or store credit (discount code or gift card).

If pickup is not available from your postal code, you may send the item back to us via courier, and we will issue the replacement once it is received and approved after inspection.

Damages and Issues
